The secondary fermentation within a pressurized tank births energetic bubbles that tickle the nose and delight the senses. In my estimation, those who craft this mesmerizing PasoSecco elixir are exceptional. Founder Chris Kern has spent nearly twenty years endeavoring through every position in the wine industry. He also spent two years researching sparkling wine before nursing PasoSecco into the world.
The winemaker, Elizabeth Kuhlemann, was born to craft the finest wine from Paso grapes; since 2017, she has immersed herself fully in the trade and worked her way up the ladder to producing the finest sparkling wine in the region.
Their bond is unquestioned and enviable, second only to the bond betwixt you and me, my sweet.

This shall be my final missive before I lovingly return to your arms, but I would be remiss if we did not speak upon the SecCommunity referenced in your prior letter. I have met the denizens and they are as bubbly as the PasoSecco they adore.
Not only are they allowed exceptional discounts on their purchases, they’re allowed to vote the direction of future vintages, including the make-up of upcoming SecCommunity-exclusive wines. They gather thrice per year for grand bacchanals and interact regularly with each other and with Chris and Elizabeth through monthly virtual tastings, AMA sessions, and interviews with notables in the sparkling wine industry.
